SHIPPING

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when required as part of an approved resolution for an FMO fulfillment error.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with approved size exchanges unless the merchandise was incorrect or defective due to an FMO error.

FMO recommends using a trackable shipping service for approved returns or exchanges. FMO is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit when being returned by the customer.
